Data Deletion Instructions

At Esteti, we respect your privacy and give all users the right to request deletion of their data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Meta Platform Policies.
These instructions apply to data processed through our integrations with Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp when you connect your business accounts to the Esteti platform.
How to Request Deletion of Your Data
If you want Esteti to delete any data associated with your account or connected Instagram/Facebook/WhatsApp profiles, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to:
contact us - Use the email address that is associated with your Esteti account or integration.
- In the subject line, write:
“Data Deletion Request” - If applicable, include the Instagram username, Facebook Page name, or WhatsApp Business number connected to your account.
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Any stored access tokens
- Any cached Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp data
- Any configuration settings related to your account
- Any logs or metadata connected to your Esteti workspace
- Any conversation or messaging data stored temporarily for processing
Esteti does not store or retain message content beyond what is required for short-term technical operation.
Processing Time
We will complete your deletion request within 7 days and notify you by email once the process is finished.
If you request deletion of a connected Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp account, your Esteti access will no longer function.
