Which countries is Esteti available in?
Esteti works anywhere Instagram is available. We currently support clinics in the UK, EU, US, Australia, and most other regions, with more channels (like WhatsApp) planned.
Do I need an Instagram professional account?
Yes. If you want to connect Instagram you need an Instagram Business or Creator account. This is an Instagram requirement (not ours), but switching is free and only takes 60 seconds.
Will Esteti work for my clinic type?
Yes. Esteti is built for beauty and aesthetic businesses, including: Aesthetic clinics Skin clinics Nail, lash & brow bars Hair salons Med-spas You don't need to change how you work - Esteti simply makes your DMs faster and more organised.
How long does it take to set up?
Most clinics are fully set up in under 5 minutes. Connect Instagram, invite your team if needed, and you can start replying immediately.
Is Esteti secure for client photos and messages?
Yes. We take data security incredibly seriously: - All data is encrypted in transit - Client images are stored securely - Access is limited to your clinic team only We never sell or share your data.
Will Esteti import my old messages?
No - and this is by design. Instagram does not allow access to historical DMs. Esteti starts working from the moment you connect your account and handles all new conversations going forward.
What about VAT?
VAT is handled automatically during checkout: - VAT is only applied where legally required - Valid VAT numbers are supported for reverse-charge where applicable - You'll always see the final price before paying If VAT doesn't apply to you, it won't be charged.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try Esteti before committing. We want you to be confident it works for your clinic before you pay.
Will clients know I'm using Esteti?
No. Clients continue messaging you on Instagram exactly as normal. Esteti works quietly in the background - it just makes your replies faster and more organised.
Can my team use Esteti?
Yes. You can invite team members and manage access levels, depending on your plan.
Does Esteti replace Instagram?
No. Esteti enhances Instagram DMs - it doesn't replace them. You can still use Instagram normally if you want, but most clinics quickly prefer replying from Esteti.
Can I get support?
Support is built directly into Esteti. If you need help, you can message us from inside the app and get a real response from our team.
Are more channels coming?
Yes. Instagram is just the beginning. WhatsApp and other messaging channels are on the roadmap, and existing customers will benefit as they're released.
Can I cancel anytime?
Of course. There are no long-term contracts on monhtly plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you won't be charged again after your current billing period.
Will this slow down or risk my Instagram account?
No. Esteti uses Instagram's official Meta API, following all platform rules and rate limits. There's no automation, scraping, or risky behaviour that could put your account at risk.
Do you post on my behalf?
No. Esteti is only for reading and replying to messages. We never post content, follow/unfollow accounts, or act as a bot.
Will Esteti save me time?
Yes. Esteti brings clarity to your inbox. Conversations stay organised, follow-ups don't get missed, and you spend less time on admin - and more time with clients.
Will Esteti help me understand my clients better?
Yes. Esteti gives you more context with every conversation. You can tag enquiries (like "botox", "lashes", or "pricing"), see previous messages at a glance, and build a clearer picture of what each client is interested in - so replies feel more personal and relevant.
